Thirsty Ear Recordings
Thirsty Ear Recordings is an American independent record label, founded in the late 70s. More recently, Thirsty Ear’s Blue Series of jazz albums has become a highlight of the genre. Enlisting Matthew Shipp as the artistic director, the Blue Series seeks to foster the expansion of modern jazz, releasing albums by jazz artists such as Shipp, William Parker, Charlie Hunter and Tim Berne, but also inviting electronica artists DJ Spooky, Meat Beat Manifesto, and Spring Heel Jack.
Timeless Records
Timeless Records is a jazz record label from The Netherlands. Timeless was founded in Wageningen in 1975 by Wim Wigt. It has specialized in bebop, though it also did a subseries of important releases of Dixieland and swing recordings.
True Blue Music

Tutl
Tutl is a record label of the Faroe Islands, founded in 1977 by the Danish jazz musician and composer Kristian Blak. Tutl is Faroese and means whisper, susurration. Leading Faroese musicians and groups like Teitur Lassen, Eivør Pálsdóttir, Høgni Lisberg and Týr started their career at Tutl. Naturally, Blak’s jazz band Yggdrasil issues all their records at Tutl.

Tutu Records is an ambitious minor jazz label that was founded by Horst Weber, Enja Records and Peter Wiessmueller in 1988. The idea of the label’s name came from the famous album of the same name by Miles Davis. Tutu issues primarily modern jazz and world music.
Tzadik Records
Tzadik Records is a record label based in New York City specialising in avant-garde and experimental music, established by the eclectic composer and saxophonist John Zorn in 1995. Tzadik has released over 400 albums by a variety of artists with diverse musical backgrounds, including, but not limited to free improvisation, jazz, noise, klezmer, rock and experimental composition.
